GraphEditPlus will make each DirectShow developer's life much easier. Edit multiple graphs, see every bit of each mediatype, control your filters and generate C++ or C# code of a working application. DirectShow happening was never so plain before! Load and redeem .grf files compatible with MS GraphEdit. See all filters registered in the system, rota new filters. Render media files. For each riddle in your system you can: see in what file on inflexible disk it is (after VfW codecs you'll see existent codec file, not the wrapper), see all intelligence nearly its file: origin and modification times, variant, vendor, bigness, etc., see and likeness to clipboard riddle's CLSID, see and interchange riddle's merit, unregister riddle. For each existent riddle in your graph you can: see what interfaces this riddle supports (skim after 280+ known DirectShow interfaces), gaping its effects page (if present), see its own state in each moment (stopped / paused / management). Connect pins using intelligent relate and govern relate. For each unconnected pin you can: see list of its desired mediatypes, see list of filters that may relate to this pin (in the order in which DirectShow will try them when it renders pin or uses intelligent relate, you can unite filters to your graph proper from that list), render pin, if it supports IAMStreamConfig, situate media category. For each connecting between filters you can see its mediatype. For each mediatype you can see replete intelligence: not only greater and sub types, but also all the fields of all popular layout blocks (like VideoInfo, VideoInfo2, WaveFormatEx, etc.) including all fields of nested structures like BitmapInfoHeader etc. See what samples go throughout your graph (see info nearly each sampe going throughout Sample Grabber). Control your graph, see current arrangement and duration. Once you've built your graph GraphEditPlus can generate provenance code in C++ of a uninvolved application that builds this graph and runs it. It will include all necessary riddle definitions.
