MSU Perceptual Video Quality Tool is Freeware program for Windows developed by Graphics&Media Lab Video Group

Freely available instrument after near practised visual juxtaposition tests doing. Tool implements blind testing schema - experts don't grasp, which codec is worn after specific video.
You can construct two types of subjective video video comparisons and apply dissimilar ways of study of scholar's opinion, including estimation of scholar's reliability. You can examination several codecs (filters) simultaneously, it longing produce more qualitative juxtaposition.
Metric software contains two programs:
* Task manager (planner and statistics calculation instrument)
* Player - instrument after experts, that plays examination sequences:
* with 3 seconds rewind (if allowed in assignment)
* with pause (if allowed in assignment)
* showing one pair several times (after scholar soundness evaluation)
* with final smear
Tool supports .avi and .avs (AviSynth) files.
