The categories that come pre-installed with Collection Explorer are single a starting point, intended to be serviceable to the average collector. You can combine and efface categories as you see fit. The right sheet of the main window is a comestible, arranged as rows and columns, equivalent to a spreadsheet. It contains information nearby the items in your collection, such as each item's term, the quantity of each item, its value, etc. When creating a unusual collection, you arrange the columns as you want them. You specify the term of the column, the type of information it liking hold (such as Date or Currency) and the uttermost number of characters.
